For our prom trip, we went on a tour to Europe in which we learned a lot, and at the same time we had fun. During our first three days, we walked through almost all of Paris. We visited the Eiffel Tower and the Palace of Versailles, which was one of the most impressive things; just like the enormous gardens and their eccentric decorations. In addition, at the Louvre Museum, we saw the Mona Lisa and other pieces of art. We also saw the Arc of Triumph which is a famous statue. After that, we spent two days at Belgium. First we visited Bruges, and the next day we went to Brussels. It was very beautiful and definitely one of our favorite places. We were amazed with all the chocolate they had. It was as if you never wanted to s eating chocolate. Finally, we arrived at Holland. There we visited Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Rotterdam was really nice, but Amsterdam was the best part of the whole trip. There we saw de Van Gogh Museum and we almost walked the entire city. We were very lucky to arrive at the Queens’s birthday. The streets were full of orange flags, of people doing a lot of crazy activities, and of loud music the whole day. It was a lot of fun to see all of these activities occurring all at once. During our second day at Amsterdam, we went through the Amsterdam channels, which had a lot of boats with people partying, music playing, and people dressed all in one color.
I really enjoyed this trip. After sharing all of these wonderful experiences with my classmates, I realized how much I am going to miss my friends after graduating. This is an experience that I would truly recommend to anyone. An experience like this will create a bond between you and your classmates even stronger than before, and believe me, you will think twice before forgetting them.
